Vintage high board is an original decorative furniture realized by Giotto Stoppino (Vigevano, 1926-Milan, 2011) for Acerbis in the 1970s. Made in Italy. Satin steel and wood. A pupil of the architect Ernesto Nathan Rogers, one of the inspiring exponents of the neoliberty, he collaborated with the architects Vittorio Gregotti and Lodovico Meneghetti (Associated Architects 1953-1968). From 1968, with his independent studio, he ranged from architecture to urban planning, up to design: residential nucleus in Cameri, rental houses and office building in Novara, headquarters of the Banca Popolare di Novara in Bra, buildings in via Palmanova, via Cassoni, Via Desiderio in Milan, building for homes and offices in Lucca, the textile factory Bossi Spa in Cameri. Since 1960 member of the Industrial Design Association (ADI) twice in the ADI 66-68 and 71-73 steering committee, he was a resident of the Industrial Design Association (ADI) in the years 82-84. He also chaired the ICSID '83 International Congress in Milan. He received two honorable mentions: the Compasso d'Oro '60 and '70 Award, the Compasso d'Oro '79 and '89 twice. Stoppino has been present since 1970 at the Museum of Modern Art in New York with the 537 Arteluce lamp in the permanent collection, while the Sheraton furniture is part of the permanent collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London since '81. On 12 July 2011 he obtained the Compasso d'Oro for his career on the occasion of the XXII edition of the award.

Ab 1968, mit seinem unabhängigen Studio, bewegte er sich von der Architektur über die Stadtplanung bis hin zum Design: Wohnkern in Cameri, Mietshäuser und Bürogebäude in Novara, Sitz der Banca Popolare di Novara in Bra, Gebäude in Via Palmanova, Via Cassoni, Via Desiderio in Mailand, Gebäude für Wohnungen und Büros in Lucca, die Textilfabrik Bossi Spa in Cameri. Seit 1960 Mitglied der Vereinigung für Industriedesign (ADI), zweimal im ADI-Lenkungsausschuss 66-68 und 71-73, war er in den Jahren 82-84 Mitglied der Vereinigung für Industriedesign (ADI).
